Who we are
This website, akshavo.com, is run by Akshavo Holdings Private Limited ("Akshavo", "we", "us"). For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"), Akshavo is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us, and a minimum of technical data:
- Form details: your name, email, company (optional), and anything you write in a message.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) kept by our hosting provider for security. With each enquiry we also store your browser type and a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, used only to limit spam.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party marketing tools. Fonts are served from this website itself, not from a third party.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and continue a conversation you started; to assess whether a business may fit our criteria; and to keep this website secure and working. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on our form. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data for marketing.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is read only by Akshavo's partners. We use a small number of service providers to host this website and deliver email. They process data on our instructions and only to provide their service. Some may process data outside India, with appropriate safeguards and as permitted under the DPDP Act. We will disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as the conversation is active and for up to three years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it; withdraw your consent at any time; nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity; and raise a grievance with us and, if you are not satisfied, with the Data Protection Board of India. Security
The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Please don't send highly sensitive documents through the website; we will arrange a secure route after an NDA.
Children
This website is meant for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
